Booking Policy

1. Services Offered:

• Voice-Over Services

• Script Analysis

• Screenwriting & Playwriting Services

• Film or Stage Direction

 

2. Booking Process:

• All services require an initial consultation to discuss project scope, timeline, and requirements. This can be scheduled through our online booking form or by contacting us directly at [contact information].

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a deposit (see payment terms below).

 

3. Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to service delivery.

• Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods] and are due according to the terms stated in the service agreement.

• All rates are available upon request and may vary based on project requirements and complexity.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service will receive a partial refund, minus the deposit.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once without an additional fee.

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the service date to avoid additional charges.

 

5. Project Changes and Additional Fees:

• If additional work is required beyond the initial agreement, a new quote will be provided, and work will only proceed upon approval.

• Any changes to project specifications must be communicated as soon as possible to adjust the timeline and/or costs if necessary.

 

6. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property created under the service agreement remains the property of Karlene Millwood Productions unless otherwise specified in the contract.

 

7. Rights to Use and Portfolio:

• We reserve the right to use completed projects or portions of projects for promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
